Along with designing promotional materials for Stephenz Studio, I am also responsible for the ideation and creation of print, presentation and web collateral for our many clients. From email campaigns and powerpoint presentations to motion graphics and infographic development, I work closely with the Art Director to establish the appropriate look and feel for every client.
•  Create marketing materials such as emails, microsites, presentations, event collateral and more for Bay Area tech companies such as KLA-Tencor, Qualcomm, Couchbase, Ensighten, Epson and more.
•  Collaborate with Account Managers and the Creative Director to plan and implement KLA-Tencor’s rebranding.
•  Work closely with design team to strategize and develop themes for national tradeshows such as NRF and SEMICON West.

Working closely with the Creative Director, Art Directors and Account Managers, I created landing pages, emails, banners and other collateral as needed.
• Followed brand guidelines while designing for clients such as PayPal, Dockers, eBay and more.
• Juggled multiple clients and projects daily while maintaining open dialogue with team to ensure deadlines are met.
• Involved in all aspects of a project, from kick off to client reviews, revision rounds and final delivery of assets.

As part of the Editorial Team for Google Offers, I was responsible for the graphical elements of all deals in 15 U.S. Markets. Deals ranged from restaurants and spa treatments to recreational activities and more.
• Aided in the expansion of Google Offers from one market to over 42 across the United States.
• Developed a system to organize thousands of photos between five designers using Dropbox and Google Drive.
• Collaborated with multiple departments to ensure that all components of a deal (copy, image and terms) were cohesive and portrayed the business and Google Offers in a positive light.
• Provided in-house design of flyers, microsites, presentations and UI mockups.
• Sourced stock images, merchant photos and professional photography.
• Utilized Photoshop to edit images to Google’s standards and specifications.

My duties were to prepare all graphics and copy needed for the promotion of flash sale offers, from hotels to cruises and tours.
• Played key role in the success of new business partnerships that resulted in 300% revenue growth for the company.
• Assisted in the acquisition of 140,000 members through the use of email campaigns and banner ads.
• Streamlined production process to increase number of offers from 8 to 17 weekly over the course of four months.
• Interfaced with vendors to obtain images to use in their flash sale promotions and brochures.
• Edited vendor images and stock photography to meet Voyage Prive’s size, quality and brand requirements.
• Coded, launched, and analyzed performance and revenue data of all email campaigns.
• Acted as office manager by maintaining supplies and coordinating recreational events for employees.
• Managed Voyage Prive’s social media accounts including Twitter and Facebook.

Working with the marketing specialist, I designed posters, flyers, website materials, directional signage, brochures, advertisements and promotional materials for the University’s various programs and events.
• Redeveloped brand identity by disuse of stock images/clip art and implementation of in-house photography and organic design.
• Increased the number of program and event participants by designing engaging and easily recognizable posters and flyers.
• Improved member retention through the use of social media and email marketing.
• Helped plan, set up and break down all events.
